I'm a repeat customer of Gail, for a good reason. Both times when I sold my place, I got more than I asked, thanks to her negotiation skills as well as other extra services she provided; in this case staging my condo to get the best possible price. Furthermore, both homes I purchased with her, I paid considerably less than the asking price.

What makes Gail special is that she's extremely organized and is always there for you at the right time, regardless of the need you have; be it finding a property, arranging a lawyer, mortgage broker or house inspection; pretty much anything. She has surrounded herself with resources that eventually benefit her clients. She's also not afraid to disagree with you or ask you to wait to make a quick buck; she truly cares about the best possible end result.

I sold my condo in May 2006. Gail was a great help and made an otherwise very painful process, almost stress free. She was always available when I had questions / concerns - and always returned my calls promptly. She was always very clear when discussing my alternative courses of action, and the implications of these alternatives. She took the time to go through all documentation and legal correspondence carefully and completely. She provided a contact for staging, as well as several options for a legal representative.

I would highly recommend Gail as a real estate agent. I found dealing with her gave me a sense of security and comfort. I have in the past dealt with other real estate agents, and have always come away with the feeling that I was not a priority with them - I definitely did not find this with Gail.

After relocating to Toronto from Vancouver my fiancee and I decided to buy a condo. This could have been a very trying time for us had we not met Gail. Once we decided on a specific area she was extremely diligent in finding the right property for us. For a first time home buyer she was fantastic. I was referred to Gail by a friend. At the time I was just looking at condos and not in any rush to buy. One of the things that makes her an exceptional agent is that she is very patient and candid and wants you to make the right choice on well informed decisions. She informs you of all your options before you make a move. She always has great advice and gives you have time to digest it. And she offers great interior design tips!

It's always been fun and enjoyable to see places with her. I definitely give her an A+ and have referred all my potentially buying friends and co-workers to her.

I had already partially moved to Calgary to live, and was ready to sell my condo in Toronto. After calling the Homelife/Cimerman office, they put me in touch with Gail, and since that first call, she has ensured that everything would go smoothly with the sale.
Before listing the condo, Gail had a couple of interior designers visit to help make the space look more enticing. The outcome of that included a few hours of moving furniture and artwork around, in addition to Gail picking up some flowers, plants, candles and some pictures.
The efforts paid off when the first couple who saw the place put in an immediate offer. Of course, that led to a fair bit of late night faxing of counter-offers over the next 4 days, but the deal was eventually sealed, and I was very happy with the price and terms.
All the way to the day after the deal closed, Gail ensured that the details were taken care of, which included educating me on everything that I had to do, too.
I would definitely recommend Gail to anyone wishing to sell their home, and I will look to enlist her help again when I return to Toronto in the not so distant future.

Gail was absolutely fabulous in finding me my current home. As a first time buyer, I walked in paranoid and suspicious, that was until Gale came along and helped walk me through the process. I really appreciate that she took me out to see places on weekends and even after work hours, sometimes extending until 8/9pm. We did manage to find and close on my condo just under 8 weeks. Being new to Toronto, we had no idea what neighbourhood we wanted to live in or any of the processes involved in buying a home. Gail was there for us from the start and patiently brought us through the process of finding and purchasing a home in a neighbourhood that perfectly fits our lifestyle. Gail carefully analysed what was most important to us and made recommendations. She would visit houses on her own before taking us to see them, which saved us an enormous amount of time because in the end, we visited only houses that met our needs. We were amazed with her depth of knowledge of all the Toronto and GTA neighbourhoods.

In addition to finding the perfect home for us, Gail assisted us in finding a lawyer, mortgage broker and a house inspector. She also personally visited City Hall to ensure that we could install the type of fence we wanted because she wanted to be sure that we were not disappointed with our purchase. We never felt pressure from Gail; everything was done at our pace.

While we were working with Gail, two of my colleagues were also working with her. We were all amazed at the consistent excellent service that she provided to all of us. I would strongly recommend Gail to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is knowledgeable and professional and overall a pleasure to deal with.

Gail was my rock during the process of looking at and purchasing my home. She took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for and only showed us those houses that were in our criteria. She was always upfront and never tried to hide the bad things she saw when we were viewing a house. She was patient when I was undecided and understanding when I was loosing my calm. She tried in any way she could to help me buy my dream home...which I did. After the purchase she followed up with coffee to help with the stress of having to migrate hydro service.

All in all, Gail made what could have been the worst, stressful purchase to be made into a relativly calm and good investment.

At the beginning of this year, my family began the exciting venture of looking for our first new home. This was totally new territory for both my husband and I and, other than knowing we needed to find a real estate agent, weren't sure of all of the steps involved.

Gail was referred to me through one of my colleagues at work. From the first day we met Gail, my husband and I felt extremely comfortable with her. Gail took the time to understand what it was we were looking for in a home, what our price range was, etc. The entire time we were looking she kept on top of the market and sent us the listings that "might be of interest" to us as soon as they came out.

As it turns out, the home we eventually did purchase, was one where she sent me the listing its first day on the market. We saw it the very next day, fell in love with it, and by 11:30 pm, it was ours. Gail spent all evening putting that offer together for us, knowing that if we waited (even a day), we may not get it. She showed a genuine interest in getting us our "dream home", and worked very hard to make it happen.

Gail has been very helpful (and patient) with all of our little questions and concerns. Not having purchased a home before, we had no idea about what was involved in the whole process, and found it to be very overwhelming at times. Gail always tried to answer all of our questions and address any concerns we may have had throughout the entire process. Even though we are now moved in and somewhat settled, Gail continues to be someone we can ask questions of.

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Gail and valued the experience and knowledge she brought to the relationship.

For us, the time had come where we decided marriage was for us. The condo market seemed to have topped out, and interest rates were on the rise. We had two condos to sell, a home to buy, and a wedding to plan. Figuring it would all take time we put things into motion by first trying to settle on a home we liked. We even managed to get all the closing dates to coincide. Gail carried us right through the closing dates and all has worked out very well.

"Don't make any quick decisions." This was the sage advice Gail gave me right at the outset of looking for a condo, and thoughout the process. I was new in the condo market, moving from a large country property. Gail said, firstly I would need to visit some different models and sizes of condos and even townhomes, to see if I was prepared to make this sort of move. She recognized it would be a big change of lifestyle for me. Gail spent a lot of time showing me properties - at times I asked myself how Gail gets the time, and also how she is able to remember the features of
all the properties. She explained to me the things to look for in a condo and the things to be cautious about, like future building plans in the area where I was to buy. Gail helped with providing names of legal firms, and even went out of her way to give me information about wood floors. I was very very pleased with Gail's service, the time she spent with me and
the education she gave me about condos. The decision I made at the end of the day was the right one. The condo I ended up buying was just right at just the right time at the right price.

I was referred to Gail by my sister who was looking for her first piece of real estate at the same time I was. Although we were looking for very different things, Gail was right on top of all my needs and wishes.
